Get help connecting WooCommerce, syncing revenue, and configuring optional order alerts.
Connect A Store
Open PingRev, enter your WooCommerce store domain, tap Connect, approve the WooCommerce authorization screen, then return to PingRev and check the connection.
Sync Revenue
PingRev reads WooCommerce order and refund data to calculate gross revenue, net revenue, refunds, order count, and store-level performance.
Remove A Store
Remove a connected store in the app to delete its locally stored WooCommerce credentials from iOS Keychain.
Order Alerts
Instant alerts are optional. When enabled, PingRev requests notification permission and creates a WooCommerce new-order webhook during store connection or alert setup.

- Confirm your WooCommerce store is available over HTTPS.
- Confirm the store has WooCommerce REST API access enabled.
- Confirm you approved the WooCommerce authorization screen.
- Try syncing again after checking your internet connection.
